Adoptables TOS

Terms of Service
Please read carefully, I am not responsible if the client has not read my TOS.— These TOS apply to all adoptables.
— Sold adoptables cannot be returned/refunded. If you are not sure you want the adoptable one, please refrain from making an offer.
— Adoptables can be giften/exchanged/sold. There are no restrictions on personal use (for commercial use, you need to pay extra).
— Adoptables do not include commercial use. If you wish to purchase commercial use of a design, you need to pay an extra fee equivalent to X2 of the winning bid.
— Only serious offers. Please do not delete or edit your offers, or you will be blacklisted.
— The designs can not be modified to your liking, you need to ask permission.
— If the winner of an auction does not communicate/cancels their bid, they will be blacklisted and the auction will be re-opened.
— The winner of an adoptable has 24 hours to contact and make payment once the auction closes. If you need more time due to any inconvenience, please let me know. I am understanding.
— Payment method: only Boosty
— Adoptables without watermark are sent once payment is received.
